Due to the COVID-19 and Government Regulations we have had to put a number of changes into place:
1. Only One person per appointment where possible. Please let us know if you need more than one person to help you before you arrive at the Clinic.
2. If you are feeling unwell, fever, cough, sore throat, have travelled recently, or been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 please DO NOT enter the clinic. Please call before your appointment so we can make a plan.
3. In keeping with the 1.5 metre social distancing, please do not enter the Clinic, but announce yourself. This allows the nurses to control the number of people in the Waiting Area - (although it may be empty, you do not know if we have clients in consults who may be finished and coming out).
4. If you are needing medication or tablets, please call ahead and allow time for the nurses and vets to complete your order as it will be a Pick Up and Pay Only basis.
5. When you enter the Clinic please use the Sanitiser provided.
6. Our staff numbers may be reduced, so please be patient :)
We are fully aware that some of these conditions can mean delays and inconveniences. This affects us just as much as you, so we are asking for your patience and co-operation through this time of uncertainty.
