Administration and Support Staff
Support staff are often found behind the scenes, working away assisting in the system management and maintenance of every day processes. Ensuring all areas of a veterinary facility runs smoothly. We recognise that every role in our business, working in synergy with each other creates the work environment we appreciate working in, but more so the environment that serves the needs of our clients.
Mark

Mark brings his maintenance and farm skills to our facility along with his warm humour. He is greatly appreciated for his practical ability, reliability, good nature and work ethic, and is a valuable member of our team. He assists with cattle, maintenance, repairs and keeps the equine facility functioning well.
He has been involved in the equine arena for many years and his passion in helping people with their horses, is seen in his support of community events such as pony club and other performance sports events. Mark's two horses keep him busy and are an integral part of what he loves most in life.

Fiona

Fiona has joined us from Far North Queensland after relocating to Grafton with her family in 2015.
She has travelled around Australia and Overseas, and hopes to call Grafton her "forever home".
Fiona has over 15 years experience in bookkeeping and has worked in many industries; including tourism, farming and childcare; and is looking forward to learning new skills here at our clinic.
Fiona has American Staffordshires and has a passion for the environment and all animals; although she is now quite sure that her forte (and stomach) lies in office and bookkeeping rather than in veterinary work and has great respect and admiration for her fellow workers.
